Halvor has for the last 22 years been in the shipping division of the JJ Ugland Companies (JJUC), where he is Executive Vice President. Prior to joining JJUC he worked as financial director in Elkem M&C Division, Olav Thon Gruppen and Midland Montagu bank. He is deputy chair of Nymo and board member of Gard P&I. He has his education from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
Reidar A. Tønnessen

Reidar has been working at AS NYMO for more than 35 years in several management positions, and has solid experience from fabrication, logistics, marine operations and project management. He is an engineer from Grimstad Technical College.
Lars Ødeskaug

Lars has more than 40 years of international experience from several technology companies in the oil & gas, LNG and renewables industries. He worked 9 years in Houston, TX, USA and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland.

Arne Smedal
Director
Arne is a serial entrepreneur who has founded several companies in the oil & gas industry, including Cefront Technology, Sevan Marine, Navis, Advanced Production and Loading (APL) and Marine Consulting Group (MCG). He has received numerous international prizes and awards for technology development and commercialization in the oil & gas industry. Arne is a Naval Architect from NTNU, Trondheim, Norway.
Jan Børre Sannæs
Director
Jan Børre Sannæs has more than 30 years of experience in the maritime, oil & gas and industrial technology sectors.
Prior to joining Nymo as CEO, Sannæs held several senior executive positions, including CEO of APL-NOV in Arendal and other leadership roles. He has broad experience from management, engineering, project execution and industrial operations, combined with a strong track record in leadership and business development. He holds a Bsc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the USN University South-Eastern Norway.
